What is U-ETDS?
The Transportation Electronic Tracking and Inspection System (U-ETDS) was first introduced in the Highway Transportation Regulation (KTY), published in the Official Gazette on 08.01.2018, No. 30295, and further defined in the Regulation on the Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Road, published in the Official Gazette on 24.04.2019.
The U-ETDS system is designed to electronically track, evaluate, and inspect the transportation activities of companies involved in the transport of goods, dangerous cargo, and passengers, as regulated under Law No. 4925 on Highway Transport (KTK), the Highway Transport Regulation (KTY), and the Regulation on the Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Road.
