How Does the SAP Leave Management Solution Work?
- The employee logs into the web portal and submits a leave request.
- A notification regarding the request is sent to the relevant manager via email. The manager is directed to the web portal via the link in the email and provides approval or rejection.
- If approved, the request is forwarded to the Human Resources officer. When the HR officer approves the request, an email notification is sent to the employee indicating that the leave process is complete.
- The system calculates the employee's updated leave quota and reflects it on the web portal.
- If the request is rejected by either the manager or the HR officer, an email notification with the reason for the rejection is sent to the employee.
